An American made small boat port & starboard Triplex bow light. The lantern is constructed of galvanized metal and retains a black painted surface. Embossed on a label mounted on the reverse side on the mounting bracket: “PATENTED APRIL 1ST 1913.” This fine small craft lamp is designed with two traditional Fresnel lens, one in royal blue, the other in garnet red that survives free of cracks or chips, and separated in the center with a rectangular dividing plate. The smoke chimney features pine-tree style vents and horizontal reeding below a brass cap with metal bail handle. The lantern retains its original burner. Comes with a hard to find bulkhead mounting bracket for hanging! Height: 8 ¾ inches and 10 ¼ inches to top of bail handle. Width: 4 ¾ inches Depth: 7 ½ inches (including divider).
