Important: We are located on the river side of our building are not visible from the street. Park on the street or in any of the lots described below and walk around to our entrance. There is a huge lighthouse lens by our entrance ... you can't miss us!

Here are your parking choices:

Metered spaces are located next to Skipjack (south side) on the riverfront just off Water Street in Portsmouth's municipal parking lot. These meters operate on nickels, dimes and quarters. The time allotted for each quarter is 12 minutes and the meters are effective Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Bring plenty of change with you to avoid a pricey ticket (the lot is closely monitored). FREE ON WEEKENDS AND CITY HOLIDAYS!

The city also operates a parking garage with attendants directly in front of our One High Street building and just across Water Street. The Water Street Garage charges an hourly rate collected at departure. The hourly rate is $1.00 per hour but this way you're not going to run out of time and be ticketed. The parking lot charges for use Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Free after 6 pm, weekends and city holidays. You can pay via cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. Sorry, they do not accept personal checks or bills larger than $20.00.

Two-hour on-street parking is available on High Street, the main street that runs from the riverfront west through downtown Portsmouth, and its side streets. These parking spaces are free after 6 pm and on weekends.

AND, you can pull your yacht (shorter than 60 feet) into the High Street Landing (basin) for the day...the perfect gateway into Olde Towne/downtown Portsmouth from the AICW. You can also find exceptional docking at both Tidewater Yacht and Ocean Marine, both a short walk along the seawall promenade to Skipjack and the Olde Towne/downtown Portsmouth shops, restaurants and museums.
