A great folk art carved and painted goose weathervane from the early to mid 20th century. This fine example was produced using pine and retains its original painted finish. The wings are applied with nails onto a solid wood body. Missing original glass eyes. Measures 32 1/2" long and 17" wide and 21 1/2" tall on metal rod and old weathervane directional. Great folk art item to be displayed on a table, pedestal or brick hearth.
