Exceptional WWII Era Naval Ship's Wheel 60" or Coffee Table

An exceptional, one of the finest authentic WWII US Naval ship helms wheels that we have offered to date. This 10-spoke wheel features a double band of inlaid wood, both on the front and back side, solid brass hub and ring-turned king-spoke handle. Measures a large 60 inches in diameter from tip to tip. Survives with a wonderful old and probably original finish and free of any breaks or losses. The brass hub measures 10 inches in diameter with a 2 1/2 inch keyhole, and one side is engraved with the number 1506.
