Nautical coffee table made in the late 1970's using an authentic WWII Liberty ship hatch cover. Three thick pine board hatch with steel bands on each end and two half-cup holes with metal rods, a feature found on authentic hatch covers designed so it could be lifted from its hold. Traditional trestle-style table wood base Table. Retains a dark brown wood color and aged patina. Measures 26 1/2" X 59" X 18" tall.
