Very fine American molded full bodied sheet copper and zinc eagle weathervane, the spread wings with original braced support and detailed feathers, the zinc and copper head with open beak, standing on a ball with arrow head and feathers, oxidized to a rich verdigris surface. Attributed to J.W. Fiske Iron Works, New York. Wonderful scale and presence and in very good original condition. Now displayed on a rustic wood stand.
