A fine antique 'TRIPLEX' brass anchor lantern, repurposed into a nautical lamp. The brass manufacturer's tag applied above the glass lens states "TRIPLEX TRADE MARK, LENS PATD. DECEMBER 20, 1910, OTHER PATS. PEND." The highly desired 'TRIPLEX' clear glass Fresnel lens survives in good condition, with only a small glass chip on one lens rib! The interior lamp light is reached through the hinged bottom plate. Measures 21 1/4 inches tall (as shown) to the top of the lamp shade. The bottom lamp diameter measures 5 5/8 inches. Retains a very pleasing soft, brass surface patina! The perfect table lamp, suitable for any nautical interior and coastal home!
The lamp lighting selection toggles between the interior light and the outer light by the upper light switch. You can choose either the upper room light, the interior lantern light, or both on and off as desired. Measures 21 1/4 inches tall (as shown) to the top of the lamp shade. The bottom lamp diameter measures 5 5/8 inches.
Price does not include lamp shades. Shown here with our 14 inch white linen shade.
