An authentic, hard-to-source, large Maine cedar wood lobster trap buoy marker that we have converted into a coastal-designed nautical table lamp. Retains the original, old, painted black undercoat with over-painted white and an orange/red center stripe. Shrinkage crevice on the back side of the buoy, and wear dents from actual age and use. Stands 22 1/2 inches tall to the top of the shade (as shown), with 6 inch sides. Perfect table lamp to light your Maine camp and traditional New England coastal home.
The lobster trap buoy markers is from a collection that we purchased from a retired lobstermen (F.E.Young) who fished out of Spruce Head, South Thomaston, Maine. They are all authentic, seaworn lobster buoys, retaining a wonderful, aged, weathered painted surface.
LAMP SHADES ARE SOLD SEPARATELY.
