Product Description

•••••
An early 20th-century American-made brass combination port and starboard boat bow light, repurposed into a nautical table lamp. Features a sapphire blue and ruby red thick bull's-eye glass lamp lens on canted sides, and the chimney with Christmas tree vents. The lantern front light porthole is covered, leaving the port and starboard lighted lights. Retains a pleasing aged, soft brass patina! The lamp lighting choices toggle between the interior light and the upper exterior lamp light via the lightbulb switch. You can use either the upper room light, the interior lantern light or both as desired. The interior bulb is reached through the hinged back door. Measures 17 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lamp shade (as shown) and 5 1/4" wide across the back.  A unique example of an earlier form of combination bow lantern that survives in good order, now designed for interior home lighting use!
