Our small Marlinspike Lamp is handmade using the traditional turk's head knot at the base and top of the pedestal and french whipping covering the body of the lamp. Wrapped in an off-white nylon line,  nicely finished with a dark stained  wooden base. Measures 13 1/2 inches tall to the top of the shade (as shown). Includes a handcrafted NOAA chart lamp shade of mid-coast Maine. Shade measures 6 inch bottom, 5 1/2 inch side and 3 inch top. Made on Nantucket, Massachusetts.
