World War II United Stated Navy Naval Jack

This World War II United States Navy naval jack is made of wool bunting that has been bound with machine stitching and the cotton stars are sewn on to the flag. There is a heavy canvas binding along the hoist with two brass grommets for attaching to the line. The flag is still in like-new condition with a few small stain marks on one side and discoloration to the flag hoist. According to the previous owner, the flag was from the Norfolk Naval shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. Measures approx. 28 X 47 inches.
