Early 20th century stern light that we have re-purposed into a nautical table lamp. Features a galvanized body with a wonderful old encrusted pewter color patina and traces of worn black-painted finish as expected from years of sea use, brass chimney cap and traditional Christmas tree smoke vents. The thick, clear glass (white light) Fresnel lens survives free of cracks and only one minor rim chip. The manufacturers tag is missing, but we are pretty sure that this is an old Perkins marine light fixture.
The lamp lighting choices toggle between the interior light and the lamp light via the upper light switch. You can use either the upper room light, the interior lantern light or both as desired. The interior bulb is reached through the open bottom of the light fixture. Stands 20 inches to the top of the shade (as shown).
Shown here with our 14 Inch black parchment lamp shade. Lamp shades and decorative lamp finial are not included. (see related items below).
