Late 19th century fireman captains speaking trumpet, megaphone or loud hailer, sliver plated over brass. The bell with ornate floal designs on the surround. Eagle head tassle mount and double band, one with etched geometric designs. brass handle chain. Measures 21 1/2" tall and 9 1/2" in diameter around the bell. The brass mouthpiece does screw off. No Monograms or Signatures. Some dings to the bell of the horn. Surface scratches and minor loss of silver plating. Some wear around the mouthpiece.
