Mid-20th century, 36 inch (handle tip to handle tip) eight spoke oak ships or yacht wheel. Constructed with a brass ring mounted on the front side and brassm butterfly key fitted  on the back side. Heavy cast steel hub with square mounting hole in center. A brass cap is fitted on to the top of the kingpin handle.   A handsome, highly sought after size wheel, perfect for display in your nautical room and coastal home!
