Early 20th-century brass small boat anchor lantern. Embossed on the oval brass tag: "TRIPLEX TRADE MARK, LENSE PAT'D DEC.20 1910, OTHERS PAT.D PENDING". A great old light measuring 8" tall and 4 1/4" in diameter. This fine early lantern survives intact, including the original brass twist-in style burner in good working order.

CONDITION: There is some minor brass loss, just below the chimney top, but it does not affect its use. The top hoisting ring is missing. The "TRIPLEX" STYLE Fresnel lens is flawless!
