Vintage, handcrafted block and tackle nautical table or desk lamp. All wood, single purchase block with hook from a retired yacht. The block wheel is covered with hemp rope tackle. A brass cleat is mounted in front, all on a thick oak wood base. A brass plate on the back side of the base states "HANDCRAFTED BY LARRY DILGER," Restored with new electric socket, lamp cord and hardware. Base measures 5 ½ inches X 6 ½ inches. Stands 18 inches tall to the top of the shade (as shown).
